I don't really like weddings and think its a waste of time - but they are imo not overeacting. A wedding is usually quite expensive and takes shitloads of planning. I bet that dress cost a fortune too. If you had planned something for months, would you like to see it ruined?

Look at the way he goes down. It's a natural reaction to put your hands down first and pull your head up second to protect your head. He quite clearly slipped and grabbed out. That's when she went swimming. But he didn't put his hands out.
