It's Gamebryo, just improved. So it should look on par with Oblivion but better. Oblivion still looks pretty good to me, even without the HR mods. RPG's have never had brilliant graphics and smooth as silk animation anyway.

False alarm, works fine now. 
I'm really liking it so far, based on what little I've seen. NPCs still act a bit stupid at times, with pathing etc. Also, some whore took 120 caps from me for some 'quality time' and when I followed her to a room she just went to bed and started sleeping. Wtf bitch! |
Lol shes a junkie. I asked her if she would do me any favors but she told me "that" part of her life is now over and told me to get out. So I took the caps and just left.

Runs real smooth on the 360, haven't noticed any slowdowns etc. yet. Loading from saves is really fast as well. VATS works well, at 7 Agility it's powerful when used at the right time, but it doesn't reload fast enough so that you could spam it all the time. Feels just about right.
And yeah achievements work.

Damn it...I almost got kicked out of a lecture becouse my mind wandered off into dreams of playing Fallout 3(and when you study Philosophy when you are not paying attention it shows baddly) as soon as I get back home and then...I decide to risk and use an EMtec DL Disk..And where I live it is already too late and the supply stores are closed....
Here is a free tip to all of those new to burning: EMtec disks fail when it comes to making360 disks...The burning went smoot as silk but as soon as I start the disk it takes about 20 tries to start the game, and then 5 minutes after I have finaly managed to create a character that does not look like a fish the game crashes....
Soo...those that actualy play it...that "S.P.E.C.I.A.L" system they try to create the ilusion of existing working the same way as the original Fallout games (your stats anable certain ingame event triggers and feets or dialog options to take place) or does it just represent some mathematical value ?

Lol yes life is pretty fun right now!
And no Ive never played any of the other Fallout games. I didn't know what Fallout was until I played this. The targetting system is so good I just wanna run around Megaton and shoot innocent people in the head with my shotgun lol. For some reason my guy keeps getting tired though because after a while he wont run anymore. And then I have to steal more beer from the bar. This game sort of feels like Oblivion meets Bioshock.

I just started a game. Is it like oblivion where the enemies level up with you? I hated that about oblivion. The game got harder as you got stronger.

yes bethesda are morons, they try to make for casuals so you dont ever go to a land where you get raped so instead if you are level 2 the final boss has 15hp etc ect. In fallout 3 your maximum level is 20 its pathetic
