After getting the BSOD from a browser (Bad Pool Caller), I had to uninstall this bloatware of a browser. Since when do new versions of a product mean less reliability. Vista and now FF3. It never ran flash videos right (installed/uninstalled about 10 different versions). It would crash occasionally. But now, the BSOD just pushed me over the edge.
Went back to 2.0000017.. I read alot of complaints with FF3 so Im not the only one. Consensus say Firefox wanted to be like Internet Explorer with all the uses bloatware attached.
Sad Sad Sad..

And when you get that worm Chrome is vulnerable to (because of using an old version of webkit), you'll be crying in the bitching section how no one likes you...

opera has pretty cool feature called wand which remembers your logins and passwords
works faster than ff too and has all build-in features ff has with add-ons

I still haven't updated to 3.0. No complaints here, it seems ATM they are still maintaining the old version as well.

One thing that keeps me from moving to Opera is AdBlock and the Element Hider extensions. Give me an alternatives, and I'll be considering moving.

yeah ad block is a life saver, I hate all those flashy shits and pop ups all over
some sites are just full of shitty ads
Opera doesn't have that so there's pretty much no reason for me to move to Opera
I also like some of the add ons like forecast fox and linkification
using latest FF here , all the problems said above never happened to me , must've been your computer or your windows install
saves all my passwords and login info

Yeah, that weather extension is also available as a widget in Opera. It's actually even better.

I wish firefox had the password wand. I stick with Opera because of that but there are things that piss me off about opera too.

Passwords always work fine here on all my sites on FF3. My biggest problem is long freezes on some sites like yahoo (when I try to view videos etc) Don't know what it is ... shitty javascript compiler/scripts ? Just a guess.
I hope the FF 3.1 version will fix it, since it's supposed to have a very much improved java jit compiler.

Same here, no probs, just sometimes it keeps saying that errors happened in images or some bullshit and if I click off to another page I notice the image comes up, I go back its not there, when it fully loads its usually fine but still, I've had a few crashes aswell, when I exit Skype it sometimes crashes, goddamn Skype, closes stuff for no reason, the image problem also happens to my friend, been happening since FF2

I get BSOD from 100K applications so that doesn't make it bloatware. FF 3.0 is still compact and fast. Problems you are having with Flash applets are nothing new to me. I have them ever since Adobe bought Macromedia. If you go to Adobe web site and try to download Flash it will tell you that your browser is not supported, they simply didn't update Flash for FF 3.0.
