He'll get fucked soon. Each review/promo has a tag/serial embedded within the xbe so thats why you dont see many leaks of those sort of review copys.

I like bum.

so the only difference between retail and review/promo versions is, promo versions might not be able to go online?

i had fun with the first one, never got around to complete, some team always kept fucking me.
i liked the violent vibe it had this mindset "i'm not trying to take the ball from you, i'm just trying to hurt you!"
and those cut scenes helped with that (at times) i remember feeling satisfied when i smashed this one star running back's neck and they just juiced him and sent him back in the game and i hit him again and he was out for a whole season Very Happy

Laughing

Quote:

Last time we trotted onto the field with Blitz, when a player went down with a broken arm or hurt knee, the game switched over to this view that looked like an x-ray printout of the breakage. This year, things are different and stomach-turning. To begin with, you're going to be able to pinpoint what body part you want to shatter. When you're coming in for a tackle on a helpless QB or dim-witted receiver and pull off the button press to kick start the mode, your controller's face buttons will appear over your victim's limbs. You'll press the button to target that specific section, and then need to tap the button to fill up a little meter before slamming into the opponent.

Here's where it get's good -- if you get the circular meter filled, the collision will cause a cutscene that focuses in on the body of the guy getting killed. Rather than cut to a skeleton view, the game basically removes the skin so that we get to see the tissue, bone, and blood react to the hit. There are 25 different injuries to see, and in my short time with the title I saw a skull cave in, a sternum shatter, a brain get whipped around the old noggin and an arm get snapped. Still, the most disgusting break -- the one that made me, the king of zombie movies, squirm -- was a collarbone buster.

lol ... just thought I'd let you guys know ... the "scene" release by Ruins (ruins-btl2) is just a repackaged torrent release (seed4me). They forgot to change the name of the .ISO in the .DVD file Razz

lol ... I was sure someone else had to notice Razz I just got an error when I tried to burn using .dvd file! Is there any difference between review and final copy? Game seems fine, but not having real teams kinda ruins it for me ... lots of real NFLers whose bones I'd like to break.

Never played 1, but i assumed rules did not matter in it unlike in real NFL games.
