Free is a funny word. Free what? Free to do as you please? Freedom of speech? That has always been within certain constrictions, and it should stay that way. It's the same way with the media, they follow certain ethical and moral guidelines.

Of course this is the internet, and I have no illusions about people speaking their minds. But there are limits. So people posting animal porn like dazz, child porn, whatever... should be banned.

True freedom is never attainable. Conflicting beliefs and ideas will always exist and popular rules have to take the primary position that dictates whats allowed and whats not. (the rules however are subject to change as the world does). If the internet were 100% free then child porn would be 100% acceptable. If it were 100% free one could go to a children's website go on their forums and post horse porn and no action would be taken.

Is this a internet that you wish to have? If you can come up with a situation that you wouldn't want to see online and object to then you don't really believe the internet should be free you admit you have your limits so we already know the answer to this.

I still respect you however pistol and I do respect and admire that your willing to state your opinion no matter how unpopular it obviously will be.
