The 1920 rip (Iron.Man.REPACK.1080p.BluRay.x264-1920) goes out of sync twice.
Both times it's only for 1 sentence then straight back into sync again, other then that it's an excellent rip Smile

Great film, could of done with more flying around in the suit killing baddies though Sad

It goes out of sync, has terrible blockings at few places. All in all a bad release.

^^ Rolling Eyes

the problem is there are plenty of groups who might release a higher quality release but they can't because septic retards beat them to it.

oh, and look. The septic retards are at it again. Forgetting.Sarah.Marshall.2008.720p.BluRay.x264-SiNNERS just released as 1.5xDVD5 when it is only a comedy and the same length as Ironman. So why the fuck did this deserve 1.5X the bitrate? Are they fucking high or what?

No, it's because the scene rules suck.
Do you think any group in their i'm-so-better-than-you mind would forgo fame by breaking the rules to release truly high quality rips without idiotic file size / bitrate constraints? Rolling Eyes

If they did then who would know or care about them -- they would probably be banned from the scene and be no better than the average joe trying to up a decent rip. Sad

releasing a 1.5xdvd5 or dvd9 is not breaking the rules though, they're just trying to win the race. the scene standards allow for some degree of quality ... I don't think 720p really would ever need to be above dvd9 size unless it was 3hrs+

and like I pointed out elsewhere, they already break the rules by lying about bitrate and not including subs Wink

Is CRF mode allowed?

I doubt it because releases are not allowed to be under/oversized ...

Lol, like they know what CRF is. Septic releases look very much like done with one-click tools.

Which brings me back to breaking those (apparently) fundamental rules for the sake of quality...

It seems the scene is doomed to produce poor quality rips unless the rules become modernized.
