I guess the lightsaber isn't sharp enough then.
Star Wars universe is full of people getting their limbs or bodies cut to pieces with lightsabers, It's a wonder you'd cut that out  just to be able to sell the game to teenagers because it doesn't sound like it keeps to the fiction.

Alright so I started DLing it. It should be done in an hour. So I have exactly one hour to fix my RROD lol. Such tremendous pressure!

game is good, nice production values, some interesting levels but goddamn the camera is fkin annoying and the aiming with the force thow really coulda used some tweaking

Played three (or was it four?) levels so far, and i like it! Better than the demo, on all accounts, atlest it feels like it.

Yeah, but i assumed those are meant to be? Whoever played the demo, is it the same thing in demo? Also my cutscenes lag. Burned it as usual 1x on verbs, but every cutscene lags and skips. |
1x? As far as I know games should be burnt on 2,5x speed, shouldn't they?

Good game, from what I've seen so far I'd give it maybe 8/10.
But why do all those enemies feel the urge to take cover behind explosive boxes?
And why are there explosive boxes everywhere anyway?
I think this game was made by exploding box fetishists.

That's kinda weird... O.o Burning 4x on 2,4x verba should cause disc errors... once I accidentaly burned 4x on 2,4x verba and that screwed up the disc...

it depends on the quality if the individual disc as well as the burner as well as luck.

the thing that i hate is the LoD in this game thats laughable , the vanishing bodies after 3 sec , the vanishing destruction detail after 7sec ,
is it the crappy T rating or the limited ram of this console ...

I dont know, I had an idea that slower the burning the better? Have no idea where i got that. But It always works for me, thats only the second game out of about 20 that i burned that lags during cutscenes, the first one was that viking game. But im not gonna reburn since the cutscenes are watchable, and the gameplay never lags, just those cutscenes.

Yes does anyone have any hints on how to defeat him, its the spidery looking dude. Im playing on normal and he kicks my ass. I try to get far away so i can use force to push objects at him but he uses his force blast every freaking time. Melee combat is useless as he blocks every attack and when you do catch him off guard, he can disrupt your attacks and deal a lot more damage. The lighting does stun him for a sec, but again he disrupts your melee attacks. Guess Vadar wasnt kidding when he said that dude was a lot stronger than you are.

| Spoiler: | what you do is try to stay away from him, then use force lightning. if it's successful and he's stunned, quickly use a normal (not powered up as that takes too long) force push and you will throw him into some wall or something, taking a good chunk of his health away. keep doing that.
to kill the robot I suggest you use your combo points to learn the x,y,y skill that attacks with lightning. using that skill you can pretty much just stand there and spam those 3 buttons and the robot will be lightning-stunned all the time.
if you can't get that skill, then make sure you have the firkraag lightsaber power crystal equipped that you got before you arrived at the boss which will give your normal attacks a chance to deliver lightning damage, also stunning the robot, which can help quite a bit.
I did this on normal btw |
