if u mean which car is the best ingame, its the Focus.. I hate the damn car, but its the fastest on the test track (circuit) with a standing start - No other car is faster than it. 2nd is the Hyundai, 3rd is Celica, 4th the RSX and 5th, the Corolla..

this is a technical question, but screw u if u want me to dig up the old thread... i finished stage one, moved to stage two, now i did ALL the races, i also did all the SUV races, and TONS of normal street car chases.. but i cant get any further, nothing opens up.. what should i do???
and so far the best car i'v got is the audi 3.0 .. looking forward to mustang and g35

You did all the 'uncompleted' races on the world map in the garage? I heard you needed to do those in order to move on, or maybe you don't? I did them anyway, for fun and profit. Game opened up for me OK.

When I got to level 3 and finished the races the same thing happened. Then I went an built a new car to the max. As soon as I did that I got another DVD opportunity and then I think I did one more race that mysteriously popped up on the map (or maybe I just missed it but I don't think so) and then all of a sudden level four popped up.
I want to repeat my original post though...stay on topic ok...
WHAT CAR DO YOU THINK IS THE BEST???

I had two cars. First the 206 wich i didn't max out but kept driving for drift races. My other car was a audi tt wich i maxed out for all other races.

I like the Tiburon the best so far, got the TT and upgraded it the same as my Tiburon but it just didn't seem to drive as well so I went back to the Tiburon. Started the game with the Miata but it wasn't quite fast enough for one of the drag races so it had to go - but It's pretty good for drifts. When I finish the game I guess I'll put in the money cheat and upgrade some cars just to see which one really is the best.

i open my normal map. all races done, all suv races done... i open world map, done all of those, got like 3-4 photo covers, done all of those ... up to 2 star , i got the latest updage and upgrades for my car in all departments, this is pissing me off badly

Wow, so far there doesn't seem to be a go ahead winner as far as cars go. I've yet to find the perfect car for me but I've used the Celica for the most races. I took most of the cars out and it seems that top speed is pretty unimportant. Most of the cars get up to the same top speed, it's just a question of how long it takes them to get there. You can't use a drag strip to figure it out either. Acceleration and handling are the more important factors. All I really do know is that the Pontiac GTO seems to be the worst car because of it's handling.
Anyway...keep posting about cars cause I know there's a few people interested at this point.

well i guess it's all about preferences.
cause when maxed, the gap is around 5mph between cars.
so it dosent really matter, it's all about the skills of the driver.
