im banned too. i dont care myself. halflife 2=GOTY, GOTY in crappy anti piracy protection, that is. about all it is, over-hyped piece of shit. went and bought vampire because valve is never again getting a single penny from me.
well i purchaed the game (hl2) and was busy for the past couple days and go to log in and my account is disabled...time to blow up valve and steam HQ..lol j/k. I am just fucking pissed
Not only is it stupid to complain that your pirated game caused a ban of your account, but what ass uses his own Steam account for testing CS Source? You should keep legally bought stuff and pirated shit apart and be really cautious about games calling home and stuff like that.
I think all banned people had it coming, one way or another.

And the stupid discussion thats goin on here.. its not much to it. Its one thing if a person steals, another if a company steals. Its like if someone knifes me and the law allowed me to knife him back twice(under supervision) as punishment.. heh.. aint gonna happend. Someones gonna sue Valve big time. I'd happily get convicted for using warez, if it means suing them after for stealing my games $$$
