Not worth the 60 bucks? You kidding me? Who cares if the ending doesn't make sense. The game fuckin rocked. Just as good as the first one and maybe even better.

hl1 was harder and longer. this is still cool though. in terms of enjoyment i think at the time i liked hl1 a lote ore, maybe its because i was so young or maybe im just fussy. i mean this was cool and stuff but i loved opposing force so much /

Ah, that was a fun game. Not really hard though. Played it yesterday and today.. Though I had more fun playing this than Doom 3 (which I haven't finished yet) because that felt more repetetive..
I wonder if they made the credits really fast, because it doesn't say who did what (not that I really care though)..

That can't be DOD: Source. Why the hell would they make it so you have to buy your weapons now?

I have the retail version of HL2. How can I play it without it connecting to steam and without a serial number? or is that the whole reason for these other realeses?
Thanks

to use hl2 legally you have to set it up with steam using the serial. and since you have bought it, i actually don't see a reason why you wouldn't want to use your serial...

I think it's a pick of normal DoD (or red orchestra etc.) with the HUD of CS:Source photoshopped on it.

I mean, you don't have a radar, money or body armor in DoD!

LOL. I knew it wasn't a DOD: Source screenshot. I would just be amazed if it actually was.

Did anyone try out "Half-Life.2.PROPER.WORKING.RETAiL-RIP.READNFO-CLiMAX" ? It comes as a BIN + CUE but I can't read off that image after I mount it either with Daemon Tools or Alcohol virtual drive. Some files just can't be read (gives out "unreadable" error on the device). Did anyone try it ? Would burning the actual DVD help ?
