Its already been confirmed so how the hell could you even claim this? Even before it was confirmed it was clear that it was coming to the PC as every single other main stream title has. Infact the PC version is going to get more out of the multiplayer what exactly Rockstar has yet to say.

That's completely untrue. Games for Windows' only function is to guarantee the game supports XInput controllers (ie, the 360 pad), widescreen and some other stuff MS thinks are important. Not certifying it with MS doesn't mean it will be missing support for anything.
Games for Windows Live has nothing to do with Games for Windows, aside from the similar name. |

Um. That's not it at all.
GFW means, just like WHQL, that certain games are certified - by Microsoft - to be fully compatible with Windows and support all native Windows functions.

yeah well, "PC-DOS" or "IBM compatible" did pretty much the same thing, it assured you that the game you were about to buy does in fact run on your "WINDOWS" (or MS-DOS before) pc ^^ I am very well aware of the "little" difference, but let's face it, it comes down to the same, except that they probably make the publishers pay now to put that "useless" label on their boxes.
