anyway, imo, space siege doesnt adds anything to the whole mix ... lets just hope the story is worth playing it anyway ... i have my doubts tho.

Apparently the release date for this is tomorrow? Looking forward to it somewhat cause I liked Dungeon Siege 2. Although I wouldn't be surprised if it sucks. Don't want to spoil it by trying the demo, usually I end up disliking average-poor games even more if I play a demo.

will w8 for Diablo3 ... actually Dungeon siege was fun at 1st...but then was boring...then i tried LAN game with friend and was fun again but just for few days...

i hated ds1, i loved ds2 ... the thing is tho, this game hasn't anything to do with either of them. Need a good comparison (of the situation, not the game) ?
Diablo and Diablo 2 ....

DS1 sure as hell wasn't a diablo clone, it was barely hack n slash (obviously there was a lot of killing, but that ain't genre specific imo). It was a lot more "RPG"-ish, as in "use to level" system (which can be good or bad, it was mostly bad in DS1 tho, as in you level intelligence by batting enemies with your staff ???), anyway, it had close to nothing together with diablo (either). DS2 was a Diablo 2 "clone" in many aspects (except in party etc.), and guess what, people liked it. I know i did. It was a lot more "arcade" compared to DS1, yet it was also deeper story wise. It was a fun experience for sure.
Oh and i do agree on the space hack comparison (that was maximus thingy right ?) which by coincidence (or ?) also plays on a single space ship lol.
anyway, i am not expecting much of this... (dont say it wont be fun, but sure nothing new)

I dont know all about the must buy and preorder, but its something to get me through the month hopefully. Not saying this will be a huge success, but shit, bored outta my mind this summer. |

It's not a hint, for example: 'Alone in the dark' released on June, and it didn't get crac**d yet.. and it's over 2 month's now..
BTW, yeah it's strange, the protection is unknown, i hope it will be crac**d today.
And the scene groups are working on it as we speak, but i doubt it.
