what's the deal with the fact that there is not really any pirated DLC anyways?

Probably down to DRM , the DLC has to be linked digitaly to the console and profile im guessing

Yes, when you download anything it is linked specifically to that console. I dont think there is a way around it, so thats why there is no pirated rls of any DLC...

I'm surprise this thread is not banned yet.. talk of piracy.. WOOOOO!
Anyways, I completely agree - I would love to backup my DLC especially when I own MULTIPLE 360's and its gay that I have to repurchase rock band songs from one xbox to another. Not that I would do it, I just play rock band on 1 xbox.
Microsoft has plenty of my money in hardware, but not much else.
