 looks good but you have to pay for it. I was looking for a freeware application...

					| I use ultra mobile 3GP video converter for my psp, iphone, couple of LG phones, Zen vision:M; fantastic little program. You just need to google the recommended video settings for your player, then apply em before converting videos.. ect.
