I have paid for an item but i did it 2 weeks after the bidding ended, but the seller have not responded to any mails not before nor after bidding ended. The case is I really want the item and not my money back. Who (and how) do I contact about this now then I cant contact the seller. The seller have good feed back.

First quickly read over the shipping on the listed item and make sure that the seller didn't clearly say something like 2-3 weeks before shipping.
If it fails to say such then your going to have to settle for getting your money back. Hopefully you used Paypal which sides more often with the buyer even if the buyer is the scammer... If you didn't use Paypal then your in a bit of trouble and your money may be lost forever.
If you did use it however you can report the seller and say that you never got the item. PayPal will email the seller and demand that they give a tracking # or some other proof that they sent the item. If they cannot the money will be forced out of their account and into yours.

I kinda get why he did not respond, seem the seller is a computer since today I got feedback from him: "Good fast payer who can be trusted to complete their sales obligations on time."
Lookt it up and it turns out he gives that to everyone. So im sure some robot will send the package now.

if it's paypal, just file a complaint, also with ebay. I've never gotten scammed as I know how to use ebay but the couple times I had problems with people they've both been good about it.

It's fine guy's got mail today about package on the way:
"Your payment has been received and your order will be sent out via Australia Post on Monday 28th July and I have left positive feedback for you. Please allow about 2-3 weeks for the parcel to reach you."
