					| I created an account on iTunes Store using iTunes, and i'd be willing to buy a couple of albums but my question is:
Are their mp3s protected? I guess you can only hear the songs thru an iPod, right?

					| Yes, you'll need to decode their MP3s if you want to use em on another device.

					| iTunes uses AAC with DRM, but you can burn these songs and then convert the audio cd to MP3. iTunes Plus songs are DRM free and can be converted directly to MP3 within iTunes.
btw, amazonmp3 is usually cheaper than iTunes.
