Trying to install MSI P35 NEO-FI http://www.komplett.se/k/ki.aspx?sku=336475&view=detailed#ProductTabs But I have had no luck, my goal is to get internet and sound working. Took down drivers from here (first one) http://driverscollection.com/?H=RTL8110SC%28L%29&By=RealTek With no luck. Took down all drivers from here http://global.msi.com.tw/index.php?func=downloaddetail&type=driver&maincat_ no=1&prod_no=1215 Still no luck, what shall I do?

I see the downloads for ethernet and sound on your 3rd link, don't they work? You could always try that crapish MSI Live Update utility, it detects your mobo, checks the drivers and downloads updates one if necessary
