Yeah, California.
Funny thing is its not a shithole, its a beautiful (and expensive to live in) community. However, we're surrounded by slums on all sides, so violence is "pouring over" from those areas. This year its especially bad.

That is a all time low. You might have mistaken the situation? Why would a cop risk his job to make pennies selling stuff outta his marked car trunk. You think he would do it off duty?
You should of recorded it and stuck it on you tube. At least if you do that there is a record of it and it would be safe for you. We all know what happens if you report that stuff.

Maybe. The guy wasn't in uniform so I dunno. When I think back I was so stupid. I should've at least written down the license plate number and reported him from a payphone.

Youtube is traceable if they release your IP. Then again, I would use a proxy, but still...
