Saw the trailer like a month ago. Looks like ur typical W.Smith comedy...could be mindless fun though, a la hollywood style of course.

I like Will Smith. It's not like any of his movies are 10/10's but pretty much all of them are entertaining to me.

Yeah his moving might not be 10/10 but you got to admit none of them have flopped and they are all very entertaining. The only one I though dragged out of all his movies was Ali but that's cause it was almost a biography lol

I thought he did a good job on I Am Legend. I enjoyed the film too. I think a lot of the reason it got slated by the 'critics' is because it wasnt very true to the book.. havent read it myself though.

havent seen I am Legend, aint a big fan of Smith either, but i do admit hes "comedies" have been amusing. Ali and The Pursuit of Happynes, in those he was quite excellent. and seeing the trailer for this one this one, it might be quite cool.

will smith actually has talent as an actor. meaning...he can play completely different styles of roles really well. plus, this movie looks funny as hell to me. im surprised so much haters are talking bad about it in this thread...geez

caught a tv trailer on...tv... obviously... and it lookd pretty cool, so i decided to grab the proper trailer... man this film looks great, i really think it does. i originally thought from both the name of the movie and the quick glance of the plot summary that i saw, that it was going to be some lame piece of crap, but yeah.. i cant wait, i think this is going to be a hell of a lot of fun.

the first trailers made it look like it was a flatout comedy but then some of the new tv trailers make it look like its really serious. my guess is that it starts out goofy and funny and then gets more serious and dramataic about halfway thru.
looks sweeeeeeeeet tho.

So nobody else has seen this movie yet?
I went to the theatre yesterday. I liked it, I'd say 8/10.
It's more a comedy than an action movie, but it's fun and entertaining. You gotta like Will Smith, though.

yea i saw it Friday Night, id give it the same 8/10. I thought it was gonna be more of a comedy than it was, but it had a really wierd story. It was cool tho cause it was kinda unique...ppl always ask me wat its about but u cant really say without spoiling it.
I liked the part where the big dude was yelling at Hancock like "They should sue you!" and Hancock is like "Yeah well you should sue McDonalds cause it looks like they fucked you up"
