As most of you have noticed Jenni is not a Mod anymore. Now I simply ask if you guys think that she did a bad job overall.
I guess she fuked up a bit with Serben the other day (so I have heard, did not see it myself) But all ppl makes mistakes and I am sure Jenni got peed off for personal reasons (sometimes those are the worst to control)
So would it not be fair to "ban" her temporarily, like you guys do with "normal" members (just an idea)
I am sure if she comes back (if she wants of course) she might act differently.
I am not speaking on her behalf in any way or form here, this is on my own initiative.

If a mod sees this thread as superfluous or unfit, please close/delete it, but I think she have earned it.

She got "sacked" cause of a dispute with "a" member, not sure of the details but there it is. And man! haven't seen you for a long time

EDIT: I have been working very closely with a guy from the UK on our latest project at work (he is an Alias Modeler, 3D computer modeling)
He has basically the same views as what Jenni has in that thread. After the EU allowed "some" former eastern block states in...shit has hit the fan over in the ol Kingdom.
I think its maybe not 100% justified ( i can't judge here as i am not living in the UK), but if you live in that situation and see what is going on close up, you tend to form an opinion, bad or good...its all relative.
Not trying to defend anybody here, merely trying to say that from what I have heard the situation in the UK is pretty tense.

Well that's also true for Germany, haven't you noticed. It can't be much different in Frankfurt than in the other larger cities. Jenni made some valid points.

My life (and yes its somewhat sad) Waking up, eating my pretty descent bfast, going down to my company car 2.5L SUV, drive to work at avg 140Kmh, work for 7-8h, drive home as fast as i drove there, on to the PC or a good film on my 46" Sony, having good...or bad sex with the Mrs and go to sleep...
MAN! I never see the real life really.
My Son sometimes talks about the "die Ausländer" but we never really have any problems...and yea, we are "Ausländers" here our self, but we are the "good" ones from the North (sarcasm)

I think she made some good decisions on occasion, but she also made a lot of bad ones. It's true that she would enforce the rules and ban people who broke them. But she would also break those same rules herself by personally attacking people and banning people who didn't break the rules just because she didn't like what they said. And that whole racism thread probably didn't help either.
Of course she claims she isn't one, and while i might agree that she may not be a full flegded ultra extremist who openly dispises other races, it is clear that she has less respect for other races and doesn't think they're worth as much. She's what i like to call semi racist, or a sanitised racist. You know the ones who start sentences with "Now, i'm not a racist, but..." and then go on a tirade against immigrants and how they're destroying the country and are all leeches etc. And when you call them out on their bullshit, they try to make it out as if they simply hold legitimate concerns, and are not in fact racists. They're racists in denial. One part of their brain doesn't like certain other races, while another part of their brain tells them that it's wrong to have those thoughts, and you have to respect everyone. So they try to rationalise it and deny it. But it's there.

Yes, Jenni was a good mod imo. She had her mood swings here and there, but who the hell doesn't, or who the hell cares. Didn't see anything special in the thread above to indicate she was racist. I don't think there was a reason to remove her from the moderation team.
Aside from the above, there just aren't enough mods around here. At least she was constantly active. Who else is there? TheSaint is here, OK. HD is now here too from time to time. Rinze is left to deal with shit that mods are supposed to. He has to clean threads, ban users for bullshit, etc. No other forum has his admins do such work. 
Jenni, at least stay active. Don't let all the insults get to you. Like you said, you should be able to voice your opinion.

I happen to think she was excellent. I don't agree with everything that she did, but most often
when she did do something it was warranted. People are human and make mistakes, we all have lapse in judgement at times.
Let Jenni be mod again.
Read not to contradict and confute, nor to believe and take for granted, but to weigh and consider.

So she had a bad call a couple of times, didn't we all? Is that still enough ground to sack her? I think not, but that's just my opinion.
I really hope that you guys can fix this because nobody is "evil/bad" here. I am sure this came out of many things (including private experience) but shit happens and I feel its not really called for to kick one of the most active mods on this forum...
Man! I really don't know why I am sticking out my neck here, but it feels right, and I guess that's why, + the 2 glasses of the big V I just necked might have something to do with it...I am sure.

He he, na but really, we are a bunch of "core" guys here that just love to talk BS on this forum, Serben and Jenni included, I am sure that we all sort a respect/hate each other in a healthy way after all...no? If the other mods would reconsider, I am sure most ppl here (including Serben...I hope) would like to have her back...that's all I am saying.

The whole polish thing, it's not a 'shit hitting the fan' kind of situation at all. There was some Daily Mail type wringing of the whole issue to begin with, for sure, but there's nothing tense about it - and for the most part (xenophobic hangers on excluded) there's nothing overtly racist about it either.
Reading the thread itself; Jenni made a mistake. They were disrespectful but they weren't 'racist', neither was Jenni, but she was wrong in her judgement. I'm reading she has an excuse for this lapse, and that's fair enough, but if this is why Jenni is losing her moderating abilities then where were the caring administrators all the other times? It makes no sense, in fact they've made no sense in many respects of late...
I'm not Jenni's biggest fan when it comes to moderating, she allows her personal feelings and bias to have far too much of an impact on her decisions, but she hasn't been a BAD moderator and as others have said at least she made an effort.

No, she has no place as a mod. She was chosen because the admins most likely because she's a female. I may disagree with her as a moderator, but as a regular member she's far better - then she can disagree with someone all she wants; and not take it to banning people because they view the world differently.
I also think fisk should be unbanned.

I don't think she should be permabanned or anything. Just that she doesn't deserve to be a mod. If she wants to stay on the forum as a regular member, that's fine by me, but not as a mod. She made too many terrible decisions to be allowed back as a mod.

You know Serben it was unusual to see the forum without Jenni at the bottom of it. Why? Because I didn't want you and the other trolls destroying it. I think this community is very important to me, along with other people. I would hate to see the likes of you destroy and even damage it. But after years of effort it seems to me that it has all been a wasted effort. Such is life. I was always here for the community. I went out of my way to help people going through even 500 posts to delete because someone wanted to piss off the community and damage it.
Well you've got what you wanted now. You can damage it as much as you like and I have to stand by and watch helplessly. Something I can't be part of. It will be tough for me to leave Nforce, I've made a lot of friends here. Such as Cox, Lutz, Sycho, Pistol and many, many others. But I'd rather leave that all behind rather than seeing people like you and Juba fuck up all the work I've done to keep the forum arsehole free.
I am and I have never been racist to any of the members on here and I never would.
I treat people with respect, even on both sides of the divide. Ask XDror or compubrain and they'll agree. I tried to remain neutral even though it was impossible at times.
Well you've got your wish. The most active mod has gone now and really why should I care. But I do. Moderation of these forums is an art and a thankless task. Yes I may have gotten emotionally involved at times but who can blame me?
That's not to say I didn't enjoy being a mod of these deteriorating forums as long as it lasted. I did. But when I'm being undermined as a mod by people like The Saint, when really I'm just doing my best for the community as a whole.
Well as much as I love being a part of Nforce (it will always be nforce for me) I have to leave. Simply because you can destroy the forums with you guttersniping and I can't do anywthing about it.
I still remember when we first crossed paths. You posted a pic about me which you defaced. We couldn't edit back then, so I had to go back to the host site to make you look like an idiot.I got one up on you back then and you've had it in for me since then.
I'll also say that I stand by every ban I've ever made bar none. I did it for the great people here that I've made such good friends with. It so saddens me that you'll have a free hand to lower the forums just that little bit more. Make them less worthy of the title they're so deserving for. A friendly place to chat. Well that's no more, thanks to you and your cronies.
I'll say good bye to the people that have shared the forums with individually because that would only be the respectful thing to do, because internet or not that's the type of person I am. Fair, honest and certainly not judging of the race creed or colour.

I think she was a great mod. Maybe she got a bit too far in that specific thread, but almost all of the time she has proven to be a great mod. Everyone get their bad days, and everyone can get to be pissed from time to time. It's not like she's a President of a country, a judge or in any other position that requires to keep calm all of the time, she's almost like a full time moderator on the fucking internet and she's doing a great job overall.
There's no rule saying that mods shouldn't express their opinions. Immigrants can many times be leeches who do nothing for the country they live in except for leeching support money from their government. It's a known issue with many immigrants and there's nothing wrong about saying that some immigrants fuck up your country. However immigrants are needed in countries like Britain. They usually do the dirty work that nobody else would want to do. That's why the western countries brought them in, in the first place.

I like Jenni and her posts a lot as a person, even though I disagree with her a lot, I respect her opinion. I did not, however, agree with her actions as a mod, and I personally felt she was horrible at it. But only because of the things I saw. I'm sure she did many, many good things that I did not notice.

This is definitely not fair. Anarxist was allowed to trash world news section with more biased shit than this one thread, and for good amount of time before he was banned. Jenny always cleaned shit around here... NOTE FOR ADMINS: Bring Jenny back as mod, she definitely has the right for it, her work says so...
