They choose Vista for dx10 only on the pc, if that was not the case they would have said its for XP for thoose with DX9 cards but not it still is that today, go ask on the forum if you dont belive it.

Say... Did Halo 2 and Shadowrun have DX10 support?! No, they didn't, and still both games were Vista exclusive...
It is the same story here. Microsoft want to "force" as many users as possible to switch to Windows Vista. That doesn't necessary mean that the game is DX10 ONLY...

This is from interview that yougamers.com made with developers... Developers showed them a tech-demo running on DX9 card... So stop acting stupid and listen to other when they are smarter!

its a long way off. dont worry, it wont slip into development hell, or get cancelled, and plenty more information will start showing up closer to release date some time in 2012.

im guessing u never played Stalker all the way thru since u call it gay. Everyone i know who played that game loved it, so did i. I never thought it would have such an awesome storyline. I've never seen an FPS game with such originality and uniqueness to it ever since Fallout.
anywayss....about Alan Wake, I completely forgot about this game since it was announced like 3-4 years ago. I thought the devs were just like fck it, and gave up.

Well, I wouldn't say I loved it, but it was a solid game (minus the bugs).

Kid Icarus, Doom 4, Alan Wake, and Half-Life Episode 3 Confirmed for E3
Scouring the list of scheduled games for E3 is yielding some interesting titles that should be making an appearance. Right now, there are listings for Kid Icarus Wii, Doom 4, Alan Wake, and Half-Life Episode 3. So let’s see, that’s one game that Nintendo fans have been wanting for years, one game that may or may not push some graphical boundaries while scaring the crap out of people, one game that’s been in development since the last generation of consoles, and one game that should finally finish up a trilogy. We knew there were already going to be some great titles showing up, like Little Big Planet and Gears of War 2, but these ones definitely bump the excitement up a notch. I hope that Half-Life listing indicates they’re releasing that one sooner, rather than later. E3 is already looking to be a pretty exciting time for gamers everywhere.

S.T.A.L.K.E.R. has best AI to date. What is your point about suckage? Some kind of personal preference? |
