I prefer a wrap personally, give me a big leaf of fresh lettuce. Wrap up the leftovers from the main meal of the day as a snack & drop some fresh sprouts on top. let me guess, you practically live on bread. Rolling Eyes

I would suggest anyone who eats lots of bread to give it a miss for a week or so & look @ how they feel without bread as a big part of their diet. Don't take my word for it .. check out the difference yourself .

Really would advise folks tried using lettuce leaves instead of bread, bacon, chicken, fish, steak strips ect all taste excellent in it. Without the bread you get a real pure taste sensation. Plus its much lighter so you can eat far more without getting bloated out by the bread.
