They also made a sequel after releasing this where you play as a Indian woman going to have sex with Custer who is tied to a object this time.
EDIT: This title also appears on many "Worst games ever released" lists together with games like Shaq Fu, E.T and such.

Heh, if one includes games like that then might as well include most Japanese sex games and in particular the 3D ones.
(Battle Raper, Biko, Sexy Beach, Artificial Girl, Des Blood and tons of other games, several of which have atleast a basic English translation.)

i remember trying out sexy beach 3 in japanese and most of the fun was to actually get your head around the menu-entries
