Well first time i went online, i went on IRC to chat with people from other countries, i thought that was mega cool o.0

When i got my own internet in 2000. a half mbit connection, I downloaded jediknight 2 and started off becoming a ridiculously good no force only saber duel fighter Razz

wasn't too shabby in academy either Smile

I went to an internet cafe once a week for about 2 years before i got my first 28.8 modem and i vaguely remember downloading the Star Wars Episode 1 teaser off the quicktime website, took about 2,5 hours Smile Broadband since 2000

I remember having to go to the library and use the card catalog. Public lib's didn't carry anything current and usually you had to go across town to the uni lib and you couldn't take the ref. books home. It sucked.

After 2 years 56k 128kb/sec was like warp 3 to me, Downloading the halo demo only took 2,5 hours!

Laughing downloading Blade dvdrip took 7 hours and I thought it was awesome being able to go to school downloading and come home and it was finnished Laughing Now I get pissed off if I have to wait longer than 10 mins Laughing
