I've tried to buy licenses through several proxies at all the three merchants providing fake address (but legit creditcard info) to no avail. I got refused on all occasions. I guess I could buy a copy on eBay and ask the seller to e-mail me the code but what if I get screwed? Looks like I'll have to wait for the European release. Arghh. Truth is that I'm more concerned about the activation process plaguing the US version than getting screwed on eBay.

Well i think that theres a trigger that fucks up save games,
I loaded an old save game and i could just use save so when i went to check this out.
I loaded the save again then i couldnt save anymore.
So everytime people start over it works till they hit the trigger,
But this is a theory so dont kill me for it.

I tried the fix. Well, it didnt work with my save, but when I created new one it works. I can use Galaxy map without any problems, but after landing the save is not working.

duh...its a technical question....prolly vid card/drivers related....hence me pointing to the technical thread...i notice you didnt tell us what your pcs specifications are, so are we to mindread as well as babysit you?

i can't believe how dumb most of you are to even consider trying the "release" from TRFF. he may as well have pred it with the name Mass.Effect.Crackfix.IT.REALLY.WORKS.HONEST.ITS.NOT.A.VIRUS-TRFF and you all would have still downloaded and ran it.

masseffect.exe is an archive and inside is one of our well known cracks and a nsis installer file created 18.05.2008.. dont have to say more...

My computer is able to handle this game.. the procesor is old but what ever... My spec..
Athlon xp 3200+ Radeon 1950 pro 512 mb..1.5 gb ram..What else do you need? I told you i can see the bars and all other shit and even when i load i can see the whole thing.. it cant be the video card or something..I dont know yeah i have a litle bit of old drivers but i cant install new one because if i do then i can run any game it crashes..So i sticked to the old ones..
