For reality you'll need to change the bloom to real HDR, not disable it. It may look like this in your room, but when you go out you'll notice how high the dynamic range of reality is. And you can't dislike motion blur, it really helps to simulates the way our eyes capture pictures in reality.

Yea right. HDR and motion blur have nothing to do with how your eye really works. HDR in most cases (and here also) is hugely exagerated and it only gives you headache. Tell me, do you get flashes of light whenever you go from dark room to a lighter one?
And motion blur is just stupid. Never, ever have I experenced anything even nearly similair to what you get in games with motion blur, and I've gone quite fast.

Today while I was laying in my garden and my eyeswere adjusted to sunlight I looked inside and the white wall of the room looked almost brown. Now thatI'm in it lookes white for me. It is used improperly (and mostly you just get cheap bloom effects instead of proper HDRR) in almost all games and lookes weird. Play Halo 3 to see some proper HDRR.

Motion Blur is not stupid, it is exatly how your eyes work. Everything you see in motion in real life is blurred. Game devs are just too stupid to stop when it's enough, so we often get washed-out game images.
Don't blame the technology behind it, its just used wrong.
