i didn't found the email in the profile thats why....
i don't know where i click on profile i didn't find email option

There are 2 profile buttons. One is specific to the forum and one is global to the whole site.
If you haven't seen any e-mail field than you've clicked the more specific forum button.
You need to click the global profile button which is placed in the top left side of the screen below the
"Logout ManBlooD" Button. Its label is - "my profile".
