just got it modded, went to play a game and it hung with a black screen, so remembered a m8 telling me that sometimes you have to go into settings on xbox and set xbox to ntsc.....heheh so i done that and now i have nothing at all (i hear the xbox kicking in and doing its thing but nothing on the tv)
tried and made sure my tv is compatible with ntsc
how do i go about totally reinstalling the software on it (slayers) i got the lead to ftp stuff onto it but thats about all i know
any light on this little prob would be great

you need to burn enigma video mode Switcher to a Disk.
Boot it and press "A" (or "B" whatever it was to set it to pal
Reboot.

FFS sounds to me like they fucked it up! small fee indeed. Make them sort it for nothing. |

he is telling you what he did, its a commen user fault.
Chips Frag when they are badly installed,
Turn the chip off, hell rip it out... he has changed the Video mode, it causes this problem on some TV's
