I saw this interview with a guy named Jim Sparks I heard an interview with him many years ago on the Jeff Rense Show. He has basically not changed his story since then.
As far as i know there are many many guys with similar stories, the difference to Sparks, is that he remember this stuff consciously, or so he claims.
Anyho, the bottom line is that this guy claims that "they" have been here since day one, and that "they" are our creators.
Another interesting claim is the so called 3 step program to "softly" prepare us for contact.
1- We will discover exosolar planets
2- We will discover an ancient civilization on another planet "I guess Mars" (now dead)
3- We will have contact
If you got time check out that interview, its sort a interesting, even if you are not in to the whole Alien, UFO thing.
In some way, the cover up seem to make more sense after seeing this interview, even the fact that these little gray guys do all in their power to remain undetected.
I used to be in to this whole thing big time, so I read most books and sifted the Inet 1000 times over, so I am pretty easly convinced. I also saw a huge disc during the Stockholm Water festival back in 1987 or so.
IF! this claim is true, and WE where "created" by an alien race, what would the implications be for all the religions and what have you?.
I'm into the UFO thing too, read a lot of stuff starting with von Deniken's books and so on, BUT I like to discuss it with people I know. A forum thread about something so vague will turn into another multi-page load of senseless ego BS like the 'God' thread. Everyone has his own opinion and ignores the opinions of others.

There are probably more stuff that you might find interesting, but those are my favorites.
In that interview, he says that our scientists will discover something in our DNA or something that will sort a blow this wide open...not yet but in a near future. Its apparently all part of the "big plan".
Well I don't tend to trust these people. I know many people who can blabber many things which are untrue but make it sound very real. On the other hand, I have some close experience with these things, or more correctly my grandfather has.
My grandfather used to have a problem with his leg. He could barely walk, he was in a terrible pain with his leg and the doctors said they can barely do anything because they need to do a surgery in order to fix his leg, but he's too old for that. So my grandfather almost gave up on a solution until he heard about some guy, that communicates with Aliens in order to fix people's problems.
According to my grandfather they went to this guy told him about the problems and he said that he will take care of that. My grandfather says that a few days afterwards the aliens came to his house, operated him on the table while he was hovering over it (he didn't see what they were doing exactly as he's saying that he was under some kind of affection by them) . I don't remember what exactly happened afterwards and if this is really how it went, but this is what I remember.
Anyways, I don't know if to believe this story or not, as I'm very skeptical about these things, but I do know that my grandfather was able to walk normally again afterwards.
What's interesting is that the guy that was used to communicate with these aliens died not so long ago. His death was quite mysterious. The guy was quite young and he died one morning from a heart attack after drinking his morning coffee.
Faith is faith, and the fact remains that if we even assume that there is a christian (or catholic) god that the bible would be mans' book, but nowhere does it say it's the only one. It simply says it's ours.

it could be true... Personally I don't believe our planet/solar system/world was created just because... From Big bang.... from star dust or whatever (what was before big bang?. It was created by "god/-s".... for example aliens... Maybe dinoosaurs were just dead end so the gods decided to restart the project? They tried to create something more similar like them, two legs, two hands, etc? Leave us here thousands/milions year (no problem becasue of time relativity) for observation like we observe bacteria under the glass?
I think this would also sort a explain the recurring abductions, semen extraction and what have you. They are checking up on us, seeing what has been changed in our DNA compared to the environment etc. The guy in that vid talks about us as an "Investment" for the little guys. He also claims that they use our "biological" material as building blocks for "thier" purposes.
They seem pretty concerned with the environment and what will happen if nothing is done SOON!. Now this is nothing new. When I was in to this stuff back in the late 80s, the message was the same, ENVIROMENT ENVIROMENT!!!!! all the time. Now if I remember correct, that was not such a big issue back then as it is now...in the public I mean, I guess these guys knew what was coming .

I also used to read about these things a long time ago. People that were supposedly 'abducted' said that the Aliens will stop us before we will annihilate ourselves, so I wonder if they'll have to show up early now that we have the CERN project running soon

IF there are other intelligent beings, you can't expect their thinking to be like ours. Sure they can have the same kind of moral as we do, but who says they do?

In other news, there is another interesting story form a guy named Bob Lazar.
He claims working on crashed UFO shiz at area 51 etc, his story is pretty believable and apparently after they left they wiped his *sheet* basically, you cant find any information on what he did, who he is or where he worked, they even took away the records of his schooling yet he is practically a rocket scientist; the kind of stuff you dont learn by yourself.

LOL. Not me. But all the religious wackos will. Besides, I do think that if I'll ever get to meet with an alien one of the first questions I'll ask will be if they know how the Universe was created.

Yeah, I agree. The first question I would ask was if our theories on the Big Bang etc where true. But the very first thing would be.. coming up with a cross communication of language. No doubt we will have to learn to understand eachother first.
I think they will be able to telepathies with us. After all I think they will be able to interact with our minds, especially if they were the ones to create us.
I'm sure it will not be a big problem with them to find a proper protocol to read our thoughts.
I'm pretty certain they aren't using their mouths to communicate. If they can space travel, I'm sure they found more efficient ways of communicating.
Besides, all the people that were abducted and were able to communicate with their 'abductors' said that they communicated through telepathy. I don't know if to believe them, but it's quite reasonable to think so.
Chances are if & when we make contact with the other intelligent life in the universe it will be in the form of mechanical probes .. & no not the kind of probe your thinking of Jenn

Contact with probes...that's sort a Human tech thinking. According to many abducties, these guys have been here since "day one" and they can travel dimensions and warp/stop time (what ever that means). So I think contact was made a long time ago, we will know the official version in our lifetime or soon, at least that's what Jim Sparks says. Time is running out, and there are two paths to "evolve" as a race.
The most likely one is that "most" of the population will die in some environmental related catastrophe. Those few that survive will repopulate and "evolve".
The other path is that very few die, but WE have to do something as a race, and CHANGE ourselves (again whatever that means) maybe the big push to stop the deterioration of the global climate disaster. And then we will "evolve" and enter this new era without much suffering.
