Wow, you can't connect and play your games? And you cannot get in touch with the support? If so, thats fucking classic! Or?
Not been using Steam for years now. Sad Miss Garrys Mod thou.

Anyone notice on steam Painkiller is one of the advertised games right now. It also says "Includes guns that shoot shurikens and lightening" Clearly using the Zero Punctuation review to try and sell the game. http://www.escapistmagazine.com/videos/view/zero-punctuation/57-Painkiller
