My general feeling about the film (SPOiLER FREE)

I just got home from the premiere, and it's wonderfull, just like the old ones Very Happy Just remember the word FUN when you judge it, and try not to analyze it to death, cause then it won't hold up and that's just the same with the old indy films Imho. Don't believe me... Watch them again and take notice of all the crazy things that happen, which you happily accepted when you were a kid. Smile

EDIT: Just want you all to know that I saw it at the premiere screening in Denmark, and that's why I'm writing this so early (We are about 6 hours ahead of the US)

I watched it today and the worst part of it, was that I had to sit in the 2nd row Very Happy Boy, my head fell almost off :/

On the other hand: IJ4 was a very entertaining movie! The ending was very very sucky and abrupt, but everything else was fun and IJ like ...

But I still think about what this movie could have been, if darabont's script would have been used!

i checked out the sample and it sucks + audio isnt good, i remember when TS meant something, filmed from the projection booth with direct audio :X

Quote:
A telesync is a video copy of the movie which was shot in a Movie theater, often with a professional camera on a tripod in the projection booth, with a direct connection to the sound source (often FM audio provided for the hearing-impaired, or from a drive-in theater). A telesync is a special type of cam that has the potential of better-quality audio and video. An ordinary cam is usually shot with a hand-held camera from a seat in the auditorium and uses the camera's own built-in microphone to pick up the sound.

EDIT, ill go see it tommorow and record it on my phone , then up it to youtube for all you guys Rolling Eyes
would be better quality than that TS! Very Happy

i think it's pretty much on level of temple of doom
good, but not legendary, like the other two
which means the fifth one will be one?
who knows

Just saw it, thought it was horrible (as expected)
Started of decent. But half way through this movie gets just sillier and sillier.
Not like 'how did he survive that silly'. But why they have to make the story this absurd.

Please stop now, an dont ruin the saga any further

The fifth is about LaBeouf with Ford a secondary character like Connery in Indy3.

There are three things I disliked (that I can remember right now) - but overall the movie was entertaining still.

LoL I could tell you a million things that were strange, idiot and what should've been different, but this movie is not about realism.

Ofcourse not - I love the other three (and I like this one too) but imo they had a better way to make it beliveable in the other ones.

^Sounds like irony to me. With the exception of Temple of Doom, all the Indiana Jones games are based on myths/legends. In the fourth one it was Area 51 and El Dorado, sort of like mixed together.

I saw the fourth one in cinema last night and I loved it. It follows in the same veins as the last movie, but only thing it lacks was a bit more puzzles/thinking from Indiana's side, if you know what I mean.

The only major problem with IJ4 was, that it didn't kept any mysterys. What really pissed me off, was that they showed us the alien itself.

Uh, cause IJ1 and IJ3 certainly did keep mysteries? They showed us everything there as well...
