As Microsoft’s DirectX 10 is undoubtedly the future of PC gaming, Funcom has decided to ship only the DirectX 9 version at launch, giving the team more time to focus on building a DirectX 10 version worthy of Microsoft’s great vision for the future of PC gaming. This postponement will let Funcom include even more features in the DirectX 10 version of Age of Conan than originally planned."

Went and bought my copy today.
Sales for this game must be pretty good. I went to a local Gamestop in the middle of nowhere here and I got the last copy they had.

Is this game solo friendly like WoW or do you need groups to advance to max level like in most MMORPGs?
oh and can you buy a key online somewhere?

It's very solo friendly, all group quests are voluntary so far (37)

now I only have to get a key from somewhere...oh and download the 15gb client! lol
I guess there US and EU key/servers are seperate? (us key only lets me play on US servers?)

Im not sure about the buddy keys but I will have the EU version so you can have mine if I get it. Im picking up my copy on friday.
