Some of the email that I should be getting are not going through. I talk to one person (for sure) on the phone and they are telling me that they sent something and it is not in my inbox. They are on my contact list and I am on theirs as well... The emails are not being defaulted to junk mail either, so this is kinda weird.
Anyone else having this problem? I seem to be missing at least 3-4 emails in the last 3 days.

Hotmail is useless of late, constantly having problems me.
Sometimes it starts up, most of the time it doesn't.
Loads of emails are delayed.
I've stopped using emails with it.

Never liked hotmail, I remember my mother having such a problem. I will ask her what she did to resolve the problem.
But yeah, get gmail instead.

humm. I have used it for so long I kinda don't want to change it to something else. So much work now. I might do a g-mail afterall. I don't know yet. My emails are not that important except for one of my senders.

Redirect all other mails to GMail, that's what i do.
It tags the external e-mails and all, pretty useful. |

I use Gmail for my more 'business' related mail.
Hotmail frustrates me cos of all the spam, the anti-spam system / filter is terribad. Which is a shame cos it would be cool to keep the message alerts when a new mail comes in on messenger.

I sometimes have problems with my hotmail account, but I don't use it that often.
Not sure about recent issues

there are quite a few plugins/tools to get a message alert with messenger for e.g. gmail.
