Looks awessssommmee. The visual style is kickass and the music really brings it to life, and I always liked tomb raider/pop jumping puzzles, should be good in first person.

Looks like a game that uses UE3 well. Looking forward to it.

As stated, they're trying to seriously tone down the gun combat in this game. It's an option, but it carries consequences.

they won't have to tone down something.

you mean in-game footage trailer.

it won't be like tomb raider. this is a parkour action-adventure game.

Yeah sure, I just hope they don't change it more toward the "can only shoot can't think at all" idiot kiddies.

they won't. there is no need to hope.

Same difference. Linear jumping adventure, minimal combat, sure maybe no logic puzzles but basically the same idea.

ME is not a platform game and certainly not the same idea. i told you already what it is.

now, if it reminds you tomb raider, that's another story.

same difference?

You already told me? Oh i'm sorry your highness, but at the end of the day the gameplay is real similar. Please point out what makes it so different. Next you're going to tell me it's "innovative" right?

I like ME, i'm looking forward to it.

yes i did.

highness?

what do you mean by 'same difference'?

everything is different, it's pretty obvious. open your eyes.

just because it reminds you something from another game it doesn't make it similar and/or the same.

buy it when it comes out.

actually it looks to be exactly the same
only difference is that tomb raider is closed in, whereas this is closed out
i REALLY hope this would be more like ass creed
sure, they'd have to model the ground level aswell, but so what..modelling only rooftops is supposed to be a lot of work?
really looking forward to it though
looks like a lot of fun
just wondering what the controls are going to be

if you really think it looks exactly the same, you are not capable of understanding the differences.

tomb raider is a third person view platformer/shooter game, and it doesn't have hand to hand combat.

oh i guess 'same difference' is slang down here, basically means 'same thing'.

same difference

1. (slang, idiomatic) It makes no difference; it amounts to the same thing.

plant, as in he sounds like he has some sort of personal connection to the game and was sent by the developer to hype it Wink

happens all the time in imdb forums, someone connected with the film joins and starts with 10 ratings and reviews.

it really hurts to watch the gameplay...I mean...c'mon...what would the shoulder and arm joints say about this 10 feet - 20 feet drops and grabbing some kind of pipe or ledge to pull yourself over.

Not to mention the adrenaline and fatigue effects when cops chase you and you manage to pull off some crazy ass wire dancing stunt without falling down on the roofs of skyscrapers.

But otherwise...pretty neat barcour game Smile
