1 - it most certainly doesnt mean there liars. the game is in french.
2 - maybe they thought the english subtitles must mean english.
1 - I'm not calling them liars - everyone else seem to be.
2 - If that was the case then why post a wav file to prove their point ?
Somebody has obviously has got a working English version - whether it is the diffusion release or the xbsrv release is another thing - but if ithe wav file is from the sbsrv release - why are 99.9% of people only getting French ?
Anyway - I think it best to close this subject and wait for the 9th.
Then we will know one way or the other.

Well theres now a replacement map file that replaces the intro movie so that it plays in English, so i'm sure a full release will not be far behind.

actually think its theres a demo on the new xbox magazine disk. i got mine in today and theres a easter egg demo that says this demo cant be found anywhere else. after ispecting it through boxplorer theres a folder called phantomdust that has a map folder in it and everything else seems to look like halo 2. thats why theres only an intro. that would also explain how there were sounds of halo in english on the net.

no i dont actually. lol. i was looking for folders that didnt show on the front cover of the disk for the one that wasnt listed. it wont let me launch it with boxplorer it freezes. the xbe is actually called default_retail.xbe so i took a guess and said its halo2. but hey, im atleast saying i think and not "I ABSOLUTELY KNOW" like the others
