They probably prerendered the cut scenes lol, that's why it's so big. There was a stranglehold rip that was 4GB stead of 12, which only had the movies resized to 640*352. Maybe I'll wait for that.

Yeah, that is probably the way to go. DVD9s need to drop in price! They are still about $2.60 a DVD. BluRay winning should have helped that.

Meh, DVD9 are pointless IMO, as is all the recording idea at this point imo. Recording DVDs and then finding place to store them, meh, it's cheaper (in the long run) to just get another HD and put the data there.

Yeah, I can see your point but I really like the ownership idea of DVDs or Bluray. In my experience, as soon as you put something on a HD that you really care about, (Pac-Man dying sound)......! LOL!

Blacksite would have been ok to be at that humongous size, if the game was any good. When you go to the upper echelons of size I expect Half-Life 3 or Crysis.

P2P rip, but who gives a shit? It works and it's great. Can be found on *BB.
Edit: No, not that one. A DVD5 (4.3GB) rip is also available.

Try adding "-ResX=1600 -ResY=1200" in the shortcut.

Pretty good game, I must say...for a port. Much easier to aim with mouse and keyboard than with dual analog sticks. My only complaint is that the load times are too long.

Why do people say "aim with mouse and keyboard?" How does one aim exactly with a keyboard?

Ok, you asked for it -
Technically, you "position" yourself with your keyboard and "aim" with the mouse. However, oftentimes positioning will effect aim (Whether you are crouched, prone, standing). Ergo, the keyboard plays an important role, and is part of aiming.
