I half agree, but I would've been disappointed if there had been no free-mode tbh. It's a very nice idea to just let us free-roam the city without having a mission to kill eachother.

the only proof that the game is in shops already is some guy from australia that has taken convincing pictures in a game store room - this means shit, specially for non-aus people!

The map is confirmed smaller in area than San Andreas... but its MUCH more detail, so who cares?

yeah, i remember this. Liberty city map was posted weeks ago, but had to be removed from all forums and sites.
Why the hell is R* so strict with those things ??? i mean MAP, its not a game!, and remember their "wow!!!!" reaction on some guy, who revealed the map in the second trailer...

yes theres a link somewhere saying rockstar and micorsoft monitoring gamer tags unless you sign up to get added to approved list or something - dont know how true but what i read last night
