Very doubtful.
I honestly don't think groups would release a PS3 version if they had it over the 360. Part of the scene is the prestige of being the first group to drop a big release like this. In fact some would argue that's the only thing motivating these guys.
Nobody's going to remember who dropped GTAIV for the PS3 first, it's the 360 version that will go down in the books.

Plus the PS3 release wouldn't help us since the PS3 has no real hack known to work. In the end we need that 360 release. Lets hope we will get it soon.

They are laughing at a 5 minute install? I wonder if trey tried installing GOW for PC, you could probably beat the whole GOW on xbox while installing it on pc. Im all for install if it reduces loading times and general lag. Accessing something on a HD is probably faster than on DVD.
Sig too big. -Nothing is too big for Fedor. Expect a nasty armbar.

I'm really not sure why this is a big deal, if installing to my 360 HDD would improve performance I'd have no qualms about a 5 or 10 minute install, hell 15 minutes is nothing compared to 100+ hours of gameplay, some people need to get a grip.

i agree, i would love an option to install to the xbox360 HDD if it meant better performance. PS3 doesnt have that option due to the poor bluray data transfer times

you might see an xbox release a day or two before but not before then id say
Anyway, this is one of the games you should buy, for numerous reasons.

what a load of bullshit. be honest, your some kid who's parent's either wont buy it for them or wont allow him to play it
any gamer wouldnt mind dropping 60 bucks down for gta 4.
you want it so bad but you dont want to pay for? stop bitching about a release date of illegal games then. if you want it for sure, buy it

no sorry im not some kid...i buy all my crap on my own and i have enough mo ... but when i see the expected sales of that game this just turns me down. I better donate som of my money for world food help projects instead of buying a xbox 360 game - making microsoft, take 2 and rockstar guys richer who will buy themselfes a ferrari or a shitty hummer

then dont complain about an illegal release, plain and simple.
if gamers didnt support the actual games worth buying, they'd stop making them.
so dont try and pass off your bs as being all high and mighty and 'ethical'

Just a very small spoiler, it's about the free-mode multi-player.
Spoiler: |
Free Mode
As much as we've loved Cops 'n' Crooks, Free Mode is going to be the bread and butter of GTA IV multiplayer. Here's the deal: Up to 16 players can run around Liberty City doing whatever they want. Create your own game modes, hunt for Easter eggs, work together to survive a six-star wanted level -- if you can dream it, there's probably a way to do it. And this mode begins in the most unusual, jarring way.
You begin in a standoff with the other players. Everyone spawns in a circle and there is, at least the first time you play Free Mode, a brief moment of surprise when no one does a damn thing. This lasts a few seconds before someone takes out a gun and shoots their neighbor in the face. But this standoff isn't just to start the killing (and jump people around the city with their first respawn); it also allows players to talk about what they want to do in Free Mode. This way you don't have to hunt for anyone in order to discuss plans to take a bus caravan down to Star Junction or to agree that there will be a knife fight atop the Algonquin Bridge. Or you can just blow each other up. It's Free Mode -- do whatever the hell you want.
As with the other MP modes, the host has plenty of options to customize the experience, from setting the level of traffic, to turning cops on or off, to the time of day, to weapons available and so much more. This also includes setting a time limit if you don't want Free Mode to last forever

i dont know free mode.. it doesnt sound fun to me.. it is single player except no missions and anything like packages are not tracked to your game.. i would rather play single player for the main mode and online for team deathmatch not just plop you in the city with no aim
