It was never about the actors themselves for me but rather the characters. O'neil had a bit of laissez-faire about him in the way he reacted to seemingly serious situations. The irony is that a person like O'neil would have never survived in any army unit. Very Happy

Warlords 5/10 boring and disapointing from a jetli fan.

What were you expecting. I though it was a nice departure from the more fantastical films he's been in.

You've got to admit the big fight scene in the middle was awesome, especially the bit where he fires the cannon down the firing line.

ya it was rather funny..jet li the military strategist..
jet li movies usually are entertaining..but this one..too much romance, too much gun warfare, too much weeping, and... i dont like jet li as the bad guy Crying or Very sad ,"the one" being the exception ( i love the last image of jetli fighting in a sort of king of the hill hellish setting)

donkey xote 6.5/10

enjoyed it, quite watchable... sometimes it kinda bordered on too kiddie, and the animation had its faults at times, but it was a nice film none the less.

I had my own little marathon of SG-1 A few months back as well.

I gotta say the seasons are a amazing adventure, they're really impressive made and the storyline just kicks ass.

My favorite character is hm.. probably Daniel Jackson.

Charlie Wilson's War 6/10 - Interesting story, yet for the most part dull characters. They all run on auto-pilot with no obstacles whatsoever. Most interesting character is Philip Seymor Hoffman's, who play a greek CIA agent.

Shine A Light 8/10 - Fantastic concert with Rolling Stones by no one else than Martin Scorsese. If you have seen The Last Waltz you know what to expect; beautiful lighting and a glorious set - and a helluva concert. If you like Rolling Stones, classical era rock, or is a fan of music in general you should go see this.

Like with The Last Waltz I can only say: THIS FILM SHOULD BE PLAYED LOUD! (to all cam and tc whores, go see this in cinemas Wink)

I went to see The Forbidden Kingdom on the weekend and it was a good popcorn movie. The fight between Jet Li & Jackie Chan when they first encouter each other get's a 10/10 from me and the movie gets a 7.9/10 its was good but there were odd moments that were a little laughable.

The Matrix 10/10

The Matrix: Reloaded 7/10

The Matrix: Revolutions 6/10

Would have given higher scores on the others had the first one not led me to believe stuff was goind to be so awesome. Was really disappointed to see neo fighting hand to hand in the last 2. It was nice to see these all again in HD though.

No, it's not dead.

Another SG universe series is currently being planned, not certain of current progress tho. But i'm 100% positive they won't let longest sci fi series die just like that.

Ps. Went over Atlantis?

stargate is about ppl who whose a worm hole created by a circular device and travel to other planets to fight aliens and learn and shit
'hyperdrive' tech doesnt get involved until the later seasons and they make its plausible

dont know much about battlestar, but the few eps i have see, i didnt care for it to much.

battlestar is pretty lame compared to stargate... only reason so many people watch it is because we are all starving for sci-fi... its so rare these days.
