Almost thought there was a release, but it is only some little kids talking about : fuck, fps, pal and ntsc..

Mine still isn't banned, but I've never played a pirated game on live. That goes to show it's not the firmware they check but the discrepancy of the copied game vs original.

Has any A+ title on the 360 been released after the date ?
assasins creed , Bioshock , Mass effect , gow and halo 3 got relatively early scene releases . Can't see why this would be different

there is a first time for everything
and if you wanna see dates
AC: Retail 16/11/2007 Scene: 10/11/2007 - 6days before
BS: Retail 21/08/2007 Scene: 15/08/2007 - 6days before
ME: Retail 16/11/2007 Scene: 12/11/2007 - 4days before
Halo3: Retail 25/09/2007 Scene: 19/09/2007 - 6days before
GOW: Retail 07/11/2006 Scene: 07/11/2006 - same day
GRAW2: Retail 06/03/2007 Scene: 03/03/2007 - 3days before
and if we look at GTA: SA
PS2 Retail: 26/10/2004 Scene:27/10/2004 1day after
and another R* game Bully
X360 Retail: 04/03/2008 Scene: 04/03/2008
so i would say no R* game can be compared to the others.
Rockstar seems to do a nice job keeping it well protected.
IF we are unlucky we will have to wait until next Monday or Tuesday

It's been confirmed to me from a Microsoft exec that gta IV will be in hands of third party reviewers on wednesday next week. Third party reviewers are what Microsoft considers to not be affiliated with official magazines, like gaming review sites on the internet.
