I feel shit. I ate these stupid chinese fruit pods that gave me a bad stomach ach.

I couldn't sleep last night and I am super tired.

I have gone to the gym too much this week and I did too much cardio. I told everybody I did 30 min of cardio when I actually did 60 mins. That is a lot of pounding on the feet. I Did that 6 times this week. Swimming this week too 6 times. Did about 60 lengths.

At home at night I do stuff too like maybe 100 situps maybe more, maybe 60 pushups. I do those during commercials over a 3 hr period.

I bought this weight set called the block. I did about 30 squats as well @ 15 lbs

Plus I walked the dog 5 days this week, including today. That is a 2 hr walk on a hilly path that I do quite fast and run up the hills.

I had to run around today and went too long without eating, then drank a bunch of reg coke and fucked my sugar up. When I tested it, it was 10 which is too high. That made me super thirty so I then drank too much water and have been peeing like a race horse ever since.

Basically my body is killing me, especially my feet and ankles and the back of my heels.

Nothing is helping. I tried a really hot bath and that helped for a bit. Right now I have a heating pad wrapped around my ankles but that isn't helping either. Pain killers really hurt my stomach so I tend not to take them. Quit the pot (which was actually quite easy, my house smells better, less mess, more money)

Now my dog is farting and I don't have the heart to kick him outta the room because then I would have no one to talk too.

I feel like shit!!!!!!! Sad

Does anybody here ever get achy body?

I forgot what they are called but they are a round brownish pod with a thin skin. Maybe about the size of an eyeball. They look like an eye ball too when you bit them in half because the have a dark seed in the middle. There is a fleshy fruit around the seed. Taste good tho. I usually don't eat dinner instead snack on fruit or veggies, exp baby cucumbers.

I don't eat western-like chinese food either, like chow mein, sweet and sour pork. I do the steamed stuff and dim sum tho.

It sounds like you're pushing yourself too much... relax (you can do that without pot Smile ), lower your limits, try extra walking instead of gym, and before you do anything heal!! Deep Relief on you ankles will help, scented oils 'n stuff like that (dark chocolate will raise your endorphin levels)...

I was in Bratislava for New Years, and my friends and I went to some Chinese restaurant, we ate a lot of fine food for really little money, here it's expensive so I don't eat that much Chinese food, but in general I don't have anything against it...

That stomach trouble doesn't have to be due to the fact that it was chinese but people here love dumping on entire nations. Anytime I eat something that I've never eaten (or after a long time) I get the runs but that's got more to do with my system than the food.

About the workouts, you really seem to be pushing too hard. You're not giving your body time to recover that's why your muscles are aching not to mention joint/ligament damage. You really shouldn't be doing more than one intense workout in one 24hr period. Only people who can do multiple workouts are pumped up on steroids and that isn't natural either.

Glad I'm not the only one who thought they looked like balls. I thought I might have some latency issues.

It wasn't bad food, just maybe too many lychee's on the digestive system.

I worked myself out too hard and I guess I am getting older and my body can't handle it. Things wear out.

If I don't work out I feel really guilty and it drives me nuts. Even at home I have to do my situps with weights and pushups. When I am at the gym I get the cardio done. It is like a 60 min run every day. Plus the swimming. You would think I have some super great body but I do not Sad. I am very carefull with what I eat too and by that I mean I KNOW what I eat. I know my portion size. I am not a mayo & girl fries girl.

I am much better today. Didin't go to the gym. I have been doing situps and pushups all night to make up for it.

Drinking nothing but real ginger tea.

You ever measured your bodyfat%? Doesn't matter how well-toned you are if it's all hidden - personally at least I feel I lose all muscle definition the moment I go over 10% (which is way too often Very Happy ) and to go below that I really need to focus. Diet of course is the key and it really helps if you can keep an excel sheet or some such to calculate daily calories and carb/protein/fat ratios, otherwise there's a real temptation to eat too little.

And as far as training goes, I at least prefer interval training, always found it to be more effective (time spent and result-wise) both in burning fat and gaining strength. I'd be bored to death if I had to jog/ride stationary bike etc. for an hour or more. Wink

Edit: And those lychees... looks exactly like some delicious strawberries I forgot outside and found later.

I have lower than average body fat for a women. I forgot what it was. My doctor said it was far too low but he didn't do any tests or anything so I don't believe him. I got it done at Fitness World and it was lower than average. I also use those body fat testers at the supermarket and I am borderline too low/lower side of normal.

I eat more meat now tho but I don't keep a record of calories or fat. I just make a mental note and if I go over one day I make sure I am under the next. I try not to go over 10 grams a fat a day which is really hard because a slice or orange cheese is like 5 grams of fat.

I feel better today but I am not going to the gym today. I will just do an at home workout.

No lychees but I have been eating these mini cucumbers.

Ok It is Thrs now.

Went to the gym 4 times since monday, plus the stuff I did at home and the STUFF I STILL HAVE TO DO. I felt alot better. But my bones are really hurting today. IT was my mom's birthday and I could hardly keep awake. Thank god I wasn't driving.

YEA!!!! I finially fit into my summer jeans. THey are super tight but I did wash them so they are tighter then normal. I was pretty happy tho just because I could squise my fat ass into them. At 35 it gets harder and harder to do that.

I had a 7 ounce steak tonight and salad, plus a baked pototae. IT was really good.. My mom loved her present.

I am on medication now and I get tired really fast and by 8, I was done. I felt bad because I wanted to go home and rest. She was ok with that. I am half awake right now.

My mom was really happy with everything and that makes me happy too. She is a good person and deserves to have a good birthday.
