Long waiting times are due to the stupid level shown behind the menus. Stranglehold had an awesome menu background, yet no loading times. Long alt-tab times are a general problem with UE3 games.

Anyone else is having problems creating LAN game? It says "your ethernet cable is not detected/connected". I'm really dissapointed about this.

Altough the game is really cool!

yeah Evil or Very Mad Same problem here.. And the main reason to get this was the coop mode.., damn Mad

another serious problem are the huge loading times and alt-tabbing issues... Crying or Very sad

so i decided to leave it loading for the first level. it took 10minutes until it finally decided to respond...WOW maybe its a bad crack? but it runs so...Rainyday, i dont think it actually "crasshed" its probably just taking its sweet ass time to process. i meet the recommended requirements. so be patient and wait...Sad

Woa man, I pretty much think you're the only one who can make the LAN work, i've been chatting with some people, none of them had else but the "ethernet cable not connected".

If you did something to make it work, please share it with us! Cool

WTF mate? You have 1MB ram or something? Laughing It loads levels in 45 seconds here, and I consider that slow.

Well I did have Hamachi running + at top of priority list in Advanced Settings at Network Connections or whatever it is in english, dunno if that is what is making it work.

You guys have hamachi installed, or any other software like that? Or have you guys played tricks with other unreal engine game like Gears of War or Frontlines?

Edit:
Oh so you have hamachi, well my hamachi network does not show in my control panel - networks - section, but it works fine, so i just can't make it top priority, maybe it is because of that? (Reinstalling hamachi just does not work).

Am I missing something or is the only control over your team to point and press space to make them go somewhere.....you can't control anything else? like cover this or do that or anything.

I'm sure even the first one had some kinda control menu using the mouse to control your teams actions

Damn, it must be really fragmented (and I mean REALLY fragmented, almost like a special tool for fragmentation was used, and there are such tools), if it turned 45 seconds wait into 10 minutes wait. Laughing

Don't know if this was mentioned before, or if it's just me but-
For some reason the graphics in this one feel more "cartoony" then the first one. Can't really describe it any other way. Also, the field of view seems to be a lot more zoomed in.

Is there an option in the menu somewhere for profiles (aka having more than one soldier for SP)?

It seems you have to set your hamachi network top priority, but since my network disappeared from the control panel I can't try it without a whole windows reinstall.

Yeah, he's missing out the commands to tag targets, change the rules of engagement, and use silencers. Not to mention the fact that because most of the commands are context sensitive it gives you a broad range of actions on just a few keys.

Here I was thinking the control scheme was mong proof too. Laughing

Anyone else having issues with their webcam working with the game to scan your face?

Everytime I try it it says "initializing camera"

I've even let it sit for like 10 minutes straight, but nothing happens.............

Maybe we should get a nforce game going for this game as so many enjoy it.
Like someone make a server and post the details and such and we can have team battles and shit like that. I think it would be fun
