Anyone notice that no matter what channel you turn to, at least here in the US, every few commercials are AT&T internet, AT&T cell provider, AT&T mobile broadband, etc, etc... They must be spending millions in advertising.

prob part of them being in bed with the RIAA and trying to get everyone to switch over so they can watch people better *shrug* I use their DSL service. Cheap as hell for great speeds, we get our satellite TV through them as well as phone service, I'd switch ISP's though if there was someone better to use. InsightBB are a bunch of asshat scam artists

Forgot to add, TVIP CVOIP and integrated cell phone network with home network, think about it all 3 screens in one.... tv computer,.....and cell phone, its genious. programmable from wherever you are.

Whats really going on is AT&T is afraid. They have a real monster of a competitor that is a monster. That monster is Comcast and for the areas where Comcast may not be yet AT&T has to still deal with local competitors and hope with all their might that Comcast doesn't buy them out.
Comcast is far from a good company but they do provide the better service of the two. Their Internet is faster, The Cable TV is better then satellites, and the broadband home phone is better then the old phone lines. This is why AT&T expanded into the cell phone business simply because Comcast can't touch them there even if AT&T loses everything else they could still survive.
