The beta was great fun to play, even in such an uncomplete state. From the videos i've watched they've improved everything so much, it's going to be fantastic.

The beta has only made me want to play it more, and confirmed what I already thought, it's going to be great!
I never ruined any of the plot either. Apart from one little thing at the trainstation.

well I feel the same, i have been reading up and I cant wait to walk into the trainstaion and see city17 and be like "gordon is here to save all your pathetic lives".

It´s not gorden who saves all etc, it´s the suit, as some of you may have noticed the suit he wears looks kinda l33ch. It has special brain nerv chip prototype trlalal it makes him l33ch marine all his senses and his physical capabilities get boosted with 200%, he´s like a superman/1manarmy/l33ch/pimp in one. Basically, gorden is a whimp he can't do shit the secret is the suit.

Yeah i have im not saying its bad or nothing its a great game im just saying you cant judge HL2 yet if its not even out
Plus Hl2 is a PC game with new technology and no limitations san andreas is a console game built on the limited capabilities of the ps2

Man, Valve is a bunch of fags. Just read the newest PC Gamer (Sweden) and they were supposed to have a review of HL 2 in this issue, some "selected" magazines got to print it in their october issue, but finally Valve said "come over to Seattle and you will get to try it and review it". One guy went over, spent a weekend at a hotell, but to be notified by mr Doug that it couldn't be done.. Valve suxx!
