This one rocks if it works for you. Works for a lot of people, but not all.

Still not clear what do you mean IMHO... So, ATM you have MAC iPod(first setup had been run on a Mac as a result iPod is HFS+ formated). And now you want it to work under Windows without losing all your data ? In this case you would have to install MacDrive, it would allow windows to read & write to HFS+ volumes.

Disc mode is disabled by default.

http://www.poddox.com/

Poddox works much faster than Apple's software iTunes
Poddox doesn’t use libraries like iTunes and alternative software
Poddox allows easy file transfer to an iPod with Windows explorer context menu

Poddox copies iPod data back to a PC or other iPods

Poddox supports all audio formats supported by Apple's software iTunes
Poddox only needs few 100 kB of storage space unlike iTunes and alternatives

Yamipod is the same thing as ephpod. lol

Although, the cool thing about yamipod is it can sit on your ipod and doesn't need to be installed.

Didn't give me any problems!

I used it on my 8gig Nano (2nd gen), and my gf's Ipod Video (dunno what generation).

But you shouldn't have any problems with any iPod model Smile
