was reading on another forum that because the developers / company are giving you a legal CD Key via email its legal to download the game as technically they have given you the licence / CDKey.

I think the EULA also says you are not to break the copy protection scheme and/or reverse engineer the EXE. So I guess no.

No one has the game to test it. Too pos to even bother dling it (but maybe I will if I know MP works).

how is the MP? got the key and still haven't deleted this yet even though I've only played SP for like 20 mins ....

create a .name subdomain for free @ www.freeyourid.com (its free, you can use YOURNAME.google.name) xD
Then you've got a email like YOURNAME.google.name and it will be redirected to your email xD kinda fun.

The singleplayer portion of this game is real fun. The multiplayer I can't really discuss yet, there hasn't been anyone online (well, a couple of people then) since the release of this game.

yeah, although that kinda screams ISP news server which also = free ... I remember those days before my ISP disowned newsgroups It was only at best a week retention, but still, free = awesome |
