Anyone knows if the pal version requires pal 60? Is there anyway to know if a game/release requires pal 60 without burning it first? I'm on a pretty old TV atm that doesn't support pal 60.

checked the ISO image with Mulleter 10.2Beta everything seems fine, then extracted the ss.bin, opened up Kreon Checker and says it has a bad kreon rip. It's the Nagger's release my Iso image. Is this a safe backup for online????

Well I played a few missions last night. The game has a lot of GTA aspects (obviously) which makes it pretty good. I don't know if it's just me, but it seems like this game is loading every 5 seconds. The characters aren't quite what i woud normally like but they are done very well. I can't really recommend the game just yet as i only spent about an hour with it. However, so far it seems pretty good.
I didn't have any freezes while playing.
Will post more thoughts on this title once i actually have put a few hours into it.

I wouldn't risk it. I have the Spare release and it passes Kreon and Mulleter

but what exactly is a kreon check? is it only important if you want to play a game online?

"There is a bug which has been found, labeled the 'Kreon Bug'. The Kreon Bug exists in some games which have been ripped by Kreon drives (not all - some). This bug makes the games appear safe in Mulleter but actually are unsafe.
Luckily there is a tool out to check releases for the Kreon Bug."
May the NFOrce be with you always.

I keep getting this periodic ingame loading aswell. The music seems to glitch here and there too. Had 1 lockup so far. Just as I hit someone the game locked. Could'nt get back to the dash either, had to switch off the 360. I'm using the Spare PAL release. I am going to buy the game at weekend. If I get the same lockups...it's going back.

Well played this for an hour or so and all I can say is its a piece of crap. Loading every 5 seconds.. frame rate is bad, camera angles are bad and everything else is bad with this game, after a while my fingers start to hurt from tapping the a button everything 5 seconds.
I like bum.

Hmmm, yeah game seems waaay overrated for what it is. Which is pretty much another gta game with a new theme and lots of hokey mini-games thrown in.
But I guess the ratings are from all the publicity + being from rockstar + being on the PS2. Not a horrible game, mind you. But definitely not worth any score above a mid-80, which is pushing it. I especially get irked everytime I go to class and lo and behold, another timed-button-mashing 'rythm' game. Does anyone on PLANET EARTH actually enjoy those mini-games? Especially when it's not even somewhat creatively implemented like gh/rb/whatever??
But meh... At least I didn't pay for it and the gta-type aspects of the game will hold me over till the other games that show some serious promise come along. So yeah, I'd say def average. Maybe average minus if I get some more lock-ups.
