It seems to have alot of the ol rockstar humour in it, which is great, its free-roaming, a town to explore as well as a school, perfect for acheivement whores like me and makes a change from the fps barrage we have had this year so far, you dont kill anyone in this one 
Rockstar are good at these types of games with the exception of manhunt2 which was shockingly bad, rockstar have put out good games in the past.

Rockstar has the best writers in the gaming industry for weird characters and hilarious dialogs IMO. This game seems to be even more focused on dialog and character interaction than GTA, so I doubt I'll be disappointed.

The game can work... the release group asked for the nuke. Sometimes it's for no compression etc...
