I have a russian version at home.
With Dx10 it had a really weird graphics - with Dx9, it was already playable, but didn't understand much, some things we understood with our friend but mainly nohting, SO the third or second sidemission in the beginning what teaches to play was so difficult - we tried it about an hour and still didn't got throught it.
There was a mass of people and I had to go through them but they were carrying vases what could not fall - could anyone help us out with this?
It's weird that in the beginning the sidemission is so difficult - I saw that something you must do with Button 4, but it just clapped - weird.

The thing is - you have to press and hold, then go through the mass.

the eng to rus patch is worthless, you can play in Jerusalem but you cant interact with any characters or else your game will freeze (Russian looping over and over) so that means you can roam but you cant do any missions

strangely enough this runs like shit on my xp installation and smooth as hell in Vista with dx10. Strange indeed.

(Kinda hard to explain but DX10 has the potential to be faster depending on how it's used, plus drivers have improved quite a bit by now and are still being improved further.)
EDIT: Still from what I've read XP DX9 should be somewhat faster than Vista DX10 due to XP in general being a bit faster than Vista. (Shouldn't be much of a difference though.) |
Yeah I read it should be faster but my xp installation stutters to holy hell, maybe one a real retail version is out itll be different. |

Yup, same here. And even roaming is inpossible, as soon as NPC's notice you and make a remark the sound loops and the game crashes

yeah if you mouse has side buttons press and hold button 4 !

24 just pased away, what happen reloaded, you can't crack anymore?. It puts you in a very pleasent place in the scene !

Maybe reloaded should write the missing code as well? Maybe they should recreate the Jerusalem file as well?

well duh guess what console they are ported from? thats MS's idea to make it easier to play the same way on PC as u do on 360. and as far as anything other than fps' its a great idea.
