|

Have a problem with artifacts that got me sort of confused.
It only manifests during HD-video playback such as MKV's, doesnt matter what player I use nor what monitor. It's always the exact same pixels and here's the weird part - the artifacts are only visible against pure black backgrounds, they flicker to white maybe twice every second. They actually dissappear, they arent just "harder" to spot against colored backgrounds, they dissappear.
It's not a major issue since it's only like 5-6 pixels and on my 50" you can hardly even see them, when i have friends over etc they never notice them, i however am sort of anal and always think about them :s
The specs are in my sig, its the movie-computer.
I first suspected that it might be overheating but i've checked with speedfan and even detached all but one harddrive and had sub 30 degrees celsius conditions with the same artifacts. Is it possible that i've fucked my graphicscard up somehow? Overheated it once and then those artifacts are irreversible?
Any help appreciated

Probably a video driver issue.
